To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition
Sale items and items marked 'final sale' are not eligible for return.
Some items in our Limited Edition and Studio Seconds collections are final sale. Please refer to individual product pages for specific details.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, you may ship the item back using a carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you prefer, we can email you a printable return shipping label for convenience. In this case, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
